We treat uploaded engineering drawings as confidential:

• You can delete files and extracted results at any time.
• Platform administrators can access metadata but not confidential document content without explicit authorisation.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing), under strict confidentiality agreements. We will not share your engineering document content with any third party.

6. Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Files and extraction results are retained only as long as needed to provide the service, or until you delete them. You may request full account and data deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data associated with your account.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your files, extraction results, and account.
• Export your extracted data as Excel files.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (which may terminate your access).
