1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Engineering Tools Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Engineering Disclaimer — Critical

AI-generated results must be reviewed and validated by a qualified engineer before being used for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, or operation. The tool assists engineering workflows but does not replace professional engineering judgment. Users are responsible for validating extracted data. Engineering Tools Hub is not liable for design or construction decisions made from unreviewed AI output. Confidential documents should only be uploaded by authorised users.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Engineering Tools Hub to:

Upload P&ID drawings for AI-assisted data extraction.
Review, edit, and export extracted engineering data.
Manage projects and collaborate with team members (Business plan).

You may not use the platform to upload files you are not authorised to process, or to attempt to access other users' data.

4. Authorised Use of Confidential Documents

You represent that you have the authority to upload any engineering documents to this platform, and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality agreements, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

5. Accuracy and Liability

Engineering Tools Hub provides AI-assisted extraction that may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We make no warranty that extraction results are complete or accurate. You assume full responsibility for reviewing and validating all extracted data before use. We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on unvalidated AI output.

6. Subscription and Billing

Free trials are available for 30 days. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Engineering Tools Hub platform, software, and content are our intellectual property. Your uploaded documents and extracted data remain your property. We claim no ownership over your engineering drawings or extracted instrument lists.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
