Engineering Disclaimer
AI-generated results must be reviewed and validated by a qualified engineer before being used for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, or operation. The tool assists engineering workflows but does not replace professional engineering judgment. Users are responsible for validating extracted data. The company is not liable for design or construction decisions made from unreviewed AI output. Confidential documents should only be uploaded by authorised users.
Core Security Principles
Encrypted File Transfer
All files are transmitted over TLS/HTTPS. Your P&ID drawings are never sent over unencrypted connections.
No Third-Party Sharing
Your engineering documents and extracted data are never shared with third parties, partners, or resellers.
Not Used for AI Training
Customer files and extracted data are not used to train public AI models. Your proprietary data stays yours.
Minimal Data Retention
Confidential document content is not permanently stored unless you explicitly choose to save a project. You can delete files and results at any time.
Role-Based Access Control
Admin and member roles ensure only authorised users can access engineering drawings and extracted lists.
Authenticated Access Only
All tools require a verified user account. Anonymous access to engineering data is not permitted.
Certifications & Compliance
Admin Access Policy
Platform administrators can view account metadata such as user names, email addresses, file names, upload dates, and processing status for operational and support purposes. Administrators do not have casual access to the content of confidential engineering drawings.
- Admins can view: file name, upload date, status, user account
- Admins cannot access: engineering drawing content or extracted instrument data
- Access to confidential content requires explicit authorisation and audit logging
- All admin actions are logged for accountability
Your Data Rights
Right to Delete
You can delete uploaded files and extraction results at any time from your account.
Right to Export
You can export all your extracted data as Excel files at any time.
Right to Access
You can view all data associated with your account through your dashboard.

You can close your account and request deletion of all associated data.
